Tamale Pie
1 lb. Natural State Ground Beef 1 Bell pepper 1 Clove garlic, minced 1 can Corn 1 can Diced tomatoes 1/4 lb. Velveeta Cheese 3/4 c. Cornmeal 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 Tbsp. Chili powder Dash of black pepper 1 Tbsp. Butter 1. Brown Natural State Ground Beef with bell pepper, onion and garlic. 2. Add corn and diced tomatoes. Cook till thick. 3. Add Velveeta. Cook and stir till melted. 4. Pour into small greased rectangle pan. For topping: 3/4 c. Cornmeal 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 c. Cold water 1 Tbsp. butter 1. Cook water, cornmeal and salt until thickened. 2. Add butter. 3. Spread on meat mix and bake at 350 until crispy on top. Mama's Meatloaf
1 lb. Natural State Beef 2/3 c. Milk 1/3 c. Crushed Crackers 1/4 c. Ketchup 1 tsp. Salt 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sause 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper 1. Combine first seven ingredients. 2. Shape into ball and place in center of 9"x13" pan. (Optional 3. Quarter potatoes and onions, slice carrots. Place around meat) 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 5 Cover with foil and bake at 350f for 30 minutes. |
Swedish
Meatballs 1 lb. Natural Sate Beef 2 Slices white bread 1/2 c. Milk 1 Egg Salt and Pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder 1 c. Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 c. Water One package egg noodles 1. Combine first seven ingredients. 2. Shape into 1" balls. 3 Brown meatballs on medium heat. 4. Cook egg noodles, drain and add butter. 5. Combine cream of mushroom soup and water. 6. Pour over meatballs and heat. 7. Serve with noodles. Korean Beef Bowl
1 lb. Natural State Beef 1/4 c. Brown sugar, packed 1/4 c. Soy sauce 2 tsp. Sesame oil 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste 1/4 tsp. Ground ginger 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil 3 Cloves garlic, minced 2 Green onions, thinly sliced 1/4 tsp. Sesame seeds 1. Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and ginger. 2. Heat oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. Add Natural State Ground Beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes. 3. Stir inn soy sauce mixture and green onions until well combined, allowing to simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes. 4 Serve immediately, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds. |
